Agency & Industry CAREER

My digital agency roles have involved executive-level and broader stakeholder engagement as Experience Strategy Director, Experience Design Lead, Senior Business Designer and Product Strategist. In-house, I’ve supported organisations as Head of Digital Product and Head of User Experience Design.

Workshops & Events

From 8 to 80 stakeholders, I design and facilitate strategic workshops to identify core issues, create internal alignment, and generate rapid solutions to wicked problems. At the heart of this is empowering every participant to practice design thinking.

My past speaking opportunities have included presenting alongside Microsoft at developer events, sitting on Women in Tech panels and guest speaking alongside global strategic leaders like Martin Weigel (W+K Amsterdam) at the IPA Strategic Planning Residential hosted in Sydney.

 
 

My experience in creating truly human-centred ecosystems ranges from luxury hotels and property groups to organisations driving positive social change and health outcomes.

Most often, my work with clients is end-to-end. I deliver prioritised roadmaps, design methodologies to validate concepts, help to identify and establish partnerships and assist in launching initiatives.
